Intandemly Technologies Private Limited (also referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Web Application, that is hosted upon https://v3.intandemly.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected there to.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Email Data
Whether the User Connects to his Gmail Account / IMAP based Email Account, Emails from all corresponding Mailboxes will be searched for and fetched, all w.r.t. matched contacts (email addresses), from previous / ongoing interactions in the process.

The Application enables user to Send Emails and to thereby save the already sent emails, right in the Sent Mailbox in the process.

The Application also facilitates the option of Deleting specific emails from the application and subsequently from respective email account, all after receiving explicit confirmation for the same, from the User.

Google Calendar Data
When the User connects his Google Calendar to the application, Calendar Data will be added / fetched, to / from the Google Calendar, all through the application.

Google Drive Data
When the User connects his Google Drive to the application, data will be searched for and resultant data be fetched from the Google Drive into the application. Also, Google Drive will be used as a placeholder, when sending large attachments from the Gmail Account and through the application.

Usage Data
We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service, be it on the Web application or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include additional information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity that happens on the Web application and OAuth Tokens for facilitating access through the Mobile Application on our Service and hold certain information.

Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
